I really like the idea that you wrote a "Cliff Note" for your own book. I have read a lot of technical books throughout my career, and that is one word at a time reading. Conceptual reading, or video's, are best for me, when they are fast, hard hitting and concise. I hate to admit, I used Cliff Notes in school, because my conclusions to classical writing is always academically wrong. It takes the joy of reading away from the reader when he doesn't think in the box and is made a fool of in class. I am searching the ego because, I am trying to come to grips with unknown-unknowns, something I read about, in the New York Times, in an article Anosognosia Dilemma. Not from the point of brain damage, but from the point of life as a farce driven by the ego. Plain writing like this gives me an idea of what ego means--really--by examples, I am not sure about buying the book, based on the teaser, I guess I am curios as to what else you might add and whether it would address my investigation more.Product details

Summary of Ego Is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday|Key Concepts in 15 Min or Less eBook La Moneda Publishing Reviews
Good summary that was very helpful. I have extensive experience in the field of self-improvement and pop psych, but I wanted to know the basic points made in this particular book. This summary was exactly on the money.
I found this book interesting and easy to understand, how to control the ego in our benefit, it has good examples of how the ego could be our enemy
I like it! But the presidency stories were a bit of a snore... Luckily the other ones made up for it! I would recommend for anyone who has pride, and has ever let it get in their way... which is probably most everyone! We can all do with the advice in this book, especially with how over-saturated we are in modern society with 'success'. I also LOVE the advice on delegation! Give this a read!
This book points out the main reason we don't succeed - we're too stuck on ourselves and have way too big of an ego. This is great for people trying to build a team, or people who wonder why they aren't succeeding. It gives you simple steps to be a team player and the concepts happy to anyone and everyone.
Ego something we all have and something that can be our downfall.
Read with great enthusiasm as we all know someone, maybe ourselves, with an ego.
I wish the author would have gone more in-depth in some areas, but it was a good read. Kind of gave me new perspective on how to control my own ego.
This summary of "Ego Is the Enemy" takes a book with an extremely interesting topic, and makes it simple enough that anyone can read it and understand. One's ego can be the downfall of success and fame, and this summary is excellent at showing how. I would highly recommend this summary for anyone that has to deal with someone's ego frequently. It will help you understand and help the situation.
This was very quick and easy read, enough to get to the point fast, and effective. I still want to go read the full version, but like that snack that satiates until you can get to that wonderful dinner, this quick easy read gives great insight to your understanding of what we do to keep oodles from succeeding. Definitely worth the time and price!
